How long does it take to generate a video?

Video generation typically takes 2-5 minutes depending on the length and complexity. You'll receive a notification when your video is ready for review.

What's included in each subscription tier?

Starter ($19/mo): 3 videos per week. Creator ($29/mo): Daily videos. Pro ($59/mo): 2 videos per day. All tiers include automated posting, background music, custom AI voiceover, and no watermark.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

What are credits used for?

Credits can be purchased for extra video generations beyond your plan quota, AI video clips (2-5 credits each), and script editor tools after your 3 included daily runs. Your plan's monthly video quota is separate and resets each billing period.

How do I connect my TikTok or YouTube account?

Go to Settings > Connected Accounts and click 'Connect' next to the platform you want to add. You'll be redirected to authorize Kineclip to post on your behalf.

Can I review videos before they're published?

Yes! All videos are saved to your Videos page where you can preview, edit the title/description, and choose when to publish. You can also set up automatic publishing if you prefer.

What happens if my social account disconnects?

Videos will continue to be generated on schedule. They'll be saved to your account and you can either download them manually or reconnect your account to resume automatic publishing.

What video formats are supported?

Videos are generated in 9:16 vertical format optimized for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels. You can download videos in MP4 format.

Is the AI-generated content copyrighted?

You own the rights to content generated for your account. However, we recommend disclosing that content is AI-generated when required by platform policies.
