Do I need video editing experience?

No. Kineclip is designed for creators with zero editing experience. You choose a niche and content type, and the AI pipeline generates a complete video: script, voiceover, visuals, captions, and music. You can optionally tweak the script before rendering, but it is not required.

How long does it take to generate a video?

Video generation typically takes 2-5 minutes depending on the length and complexity. You'll receive a notification when your video is ready for review.

How long are the generated videos?

Videos are typically 60 to 90 seconds, with TikTok content optimized for the 60-78 second sweet spot that qualifies for the TikTok Creator Rewards Program. You can adjust duration by choosing different content types or editing the script before rendering.

Can I customize captions and music?

Yes. You can choose from 4 caption styles with word-level animation, and select from 15+ royalty-free background music tracks matched to your content mood. Music is mixed and leveled automatically.

What voices are available?

Kineclip offers multiple natural-sounding AI voices powered by OpenAI TTS. You can preview voices before rendering and match the tone to your niche — from dramatic narration for horror to upbeat delivery for motivation content.

How do I upgrade my plan?

Go to your Billing page in the dashboard and select the plan you want to upgrade to. The change takes effect immediately, and you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor, Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-compliant.

Credits can be purchased for extra video generations beyond your plan quota, AI video clips (2-5 credits each), and script editor tools after your 3 included daily runs. Your plan's monthly video quota is separate and resets each billing period.

What happens when I run out of videos?

When you've used all videos in your monthly quota, you can purchase additional credits to keep generating, or wait for your quota to reset at the start of your next billing period. You can also upgrade to a higher plan for more videos.
