The Creator Rewards Program pays creators based on qualified views — videos over 60 seconds, original content, on accounts with 10,000+ followers and 100,000+ video views in the last 30 days. TikTok publishes no rate per 1,000 qualified views: it says the amount varies with viewer region, content language, watch time and completion. Any specific per-1,000 figure you have seen quoted — including the one this page used to print — is somebody's estimate.
What that means practically: we can tell you honestly what a plan publishes and what TikTok requires, and you find out your own rate from your first payout. What is certain is the failure mode — the whole calculation turns into nothing if you can't post consistently because production is too expensive.
